The nonprofit Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) “Health Initiative Single Member S.A.” operates as an implementing body, undertaking the coordination, management, and implementation of the projects included in the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) Health Initiative. The Health Initiative Single Member S.A. was established upon ratification of the Grant Contract between SNF and the Greek state for strengthening and upgrading infrastructure in the health sector (Law 4564/2018).
SNF is funding the Health Initiative for the implementation of individual projects in accordance with the highest professional design, construction, and operating standards, all consistent with the terms of the Contract and the individual Grant Contracts. Upon completion of delivery of the Health Initiative projects to the Greek state, the company will cease to operate.
