The Health Initiative Single Member S.A. is a nonprofit special purpose vehicle established under Greek Law 4564/2018 to operate as an implementing body, undertaking the coordination, management, and execution of the projects included in the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) Global Health Initiative (GHI). SNF’s role is strictly limited to providing the necessary funding for the implementation of the projects. Upon certification of completion and delivery, each project will be transferred to the exclusive ownership and responsibility of the Greek state through its competent authorities, which, as sole owners, will have exclusive control over their management, operation, maintenance, and full utilization.
